I could not recommend this practice enough! I had an incredibly positive experience with all the midwives I saw, but particularly with Jessica Day and Samira Kontzias. I always felt very supported and empowered throughout my pregnancy. The providers truly listen to what I wanted and respected my thoughts and concerns. This is the second time I have experienced rude and unprofessional treatment from your staff. I called today because I needed a prescription refill from my midwife and wanted to speak with her directly. The person who answered the phone was very rude and repeatedly questioned why I needed the prescription, which is a private and personal matter. I had an amazing experience with this midwifery group practice throughout my prenatal, birth, and postpartum care. As someone with a low-risk pregnancy, I wanted to be cared for by midwives, and I couldn’t have asked for a better team. During my appointments, I had the opportunity to meet all of the midwives, and every one of them was kind, professional, and supportive. This practice deserves more than 5 stars. The midwives cared for me during my third pregnancy, and I’m genuinely sad I didn’t use them for my first 2. Each provider I met was kind and supportive. I was never rushed through the appointment, and each midwife took their time answering my questions during appointments. A special shout out to Jamie, who was on shift when I delivered my baby. This is my third child and it was by far the best prenatal care and labor experience I could have asked for. I felt like all of the care I received was evidence-based and specific to my needs as opposed to the one size fits all "standard of care" that you face with a lot of OBGYN offices. I met with all of the midwives in the office but chose to see Jessica and Jamie exclusively later in my pregnancy because of personality preferences.
