I had a great experience in the office, despite the reviews. From the front desk, triage to being seen by the provider, everyone was professional, courteous and I did not feel rushed. Kiersten Bezold, FNP listened to me without judgement and even gave me great suggestions for outpatient follow up! I’m so glad I didn’t cancel my appointment!!!!!
I was on the phone with this office close to the end of business, however it was before the end of the day. I was going through all the typical questions to schedule an appointment when she told me that actually I needed to speak to the front desk instead of her to schedule my visit. No problem. She transferred me to the front desk, or so I thought. Turns out she transferred me to the answering service since by the time she was done talking to me, it was 2 minutes after 4:30.
