This place gets a 2 star because of my amazing doctor but other than that. the staff at the front is EXTREMELY rude. the african american lady at the front especially….she broke HIPAA by talking about my symptoms within earshot. I spoke to her over the phone and even she was rude as well. I have no idea how she was able to get a job working in healthcare but if this is how she treats patients coming in then she does not belong in the healthcare field…she needs to be fired ASAP.
They don’t care about what type of doctors the patient feels comfortable with, their “care” is not patient-centred, it’s only about what their policies are. They don’t care if you’re a woman and you have anxiety with a male obgyn during your pregnancy, and they will tell you to call other inova locations but other locations will respond the same way. It’s like they’ve communicated about the issue with all their nearby locations and keep making you run back and forth stressing you out as a pregnant patient.
My Dr. Oh makes me feel like I'm just a number. Didn't address my pain or ask questions. Mostly trying to force me to get a mammogram most of the visit in which I don't want. And didn't take the time for questions or much any concerns. I'm still in pain.
