Referred by my Cardiologist but I have PPO health insurance to be met with HOURS of hold time. Impertinence my either Admin or Med Techs 'Jannie' and 'Lizzie' where I was resent to the automated scheduling line. I am entering week 3 of Acute Liver Failure. Never saw Dr Patel-Donnelly. Inova receives billion$ for this? Hopefully Johns Hopkins can help.

You can not get through to anyone in this office. I was a patient of Dr. Khan but since he has retired they are calling me a new patient and keep transferring me to the new patient line where NO ONE answers or CALLS back and mostly just disconnects you while being transferred. The receptionist told me she would give me the number before transfer but then immediately transferred with NO number. So rude.

My wife is pregnant and seeking urgent attention on next steps after each weekly or bi-weekly lab work. Staff is very irresponsible, they say they will call you about lab work and next steps after it but they never call until you call and ask them. Happened at-least 4-5 times in 3 months, no one care about its urgent or not.

Tony Felice is a very good doctor and a great guy, lucky after a few no-so-good doctors I was able to have him visit me while in the hospital and have stayed with him ever since :)
