Do not use the hospital. We live in Virginia but since our Identification still had our Georgia adredd we were charged more. Called customer support and asked for help with a huge bill but was told I was wasting my time trying to get the bill reduced.
I was in Northern Va for a conference. I had fallen and landed on both my hands the night before my flight and my hands still hurt terribly although I didn't think I had broken anything, I was in a lot of pain. Everyone at Inova was wonderful, esp, Dr. Usman--he was so kind and solicitous. They had to cut my husbands wedding ring off my swollen finger so they could be sure that there was no fracture underneath it.
