I went in for a procedure last week and every single medical professional and staff member was so kind and pleasant - not in a fake way, just genuinely nice. I was well cared for, and they got me in and out quickly with no problems.
I just had a surgical procedure last week and I can say every interaction I had with the facility was pleasant and professional. From scheduling, to registration and the medical staff in pre-and post op, everyone was great. The charge nurse during my surgery was wonderful, very calming and I could tell she was a seasoned veteran, which made me feel even more comfortable. Anna was also very pleasant and helpful during pre-op.
One of the worst experiences I and my fiancée have had. Cancelled her appointment at the last minute because they refuse to operate on a patient with a disability. In the weeks prior to her appointment they made no effort to verify her medical status then said they have a policy not to operate on people with disabilities even though they are part of the inova network which requires them to do so. Amazing staff and clean place
Went to see Dr. Hegab. His team was great! Alex, Ally, Carlos, Molly and I believe Anita - helped me feel relaxed and I felt listened to. Thank you all, including the front desk (don't remember her name, apologies) and Dr Cooke! I felt safe and in good hands.
