I had an appointment this morning at 9am. After the ultrasound I waited 45minutes to see the Doctor. No doctor came and I had to leave. Disappointed with the waiting time and lack of communication of how long the wait will be.
Do not be more than 15 min. late to your appointment or they will not take you. Getting rescheduled will not happen as they are fully booked. Receptionists (Joyce) attitude is absolutely atrocious. No "Good Morning," "I'm sorry," no compassion at all. Good luck at this location.
The lady on the phone talks too fast . I felt bad for not understanding. I remember the first time I was here. I took the wrong elevator & no one in the building knew where this place was located. Get here early. The 1st time I was here in person the staff was really friendly.
First off, it took them over a month to get me in for an ultrasound. I drove over an hour for an 8am appointment only for the sonographer to complain the whole time that I was too far along to get accurate pictures. Then when speaking to the doctor after the scan, he berated me for coming in for a scan so late in my pregnancy. I told him that I asked for the earliest appointment over a month ago and even called occasionally to see if they had any cancellations that would allow me to get in sooner. This was my first time coming to this type of appointment. My first time to this office. I walked in with a smile. The receptionist didn’t look at me or say hello. I spoke to say “hello, how are you ”. She said “last name” with her ear pods in with a box of Popeyes in front her. I gave her my last name. She proceeded to say “last name” rudely.
