The front desk staff at INOVA labs at Willows Rd were kind and professional every time I bring my daughter. They make check-in quick and easy, and they're alway welcoming with a smile. I noticed some negative reviews before coming in, but my experience was nothing but postive. Thank you to the wonderful team up front.
Great facility only reason I’m giving one star is because of the front desk staff. Particularly Lilie (sp?) women wearing hijab at the front desk. Incredibly rude/unwelcoming for a front desk receptionist. God forbid I ask you a question at the job you chose Doesn’t make eye contact, standoffish demeanor. Other than that, we always have a great experience here.
Entire lab department at 8280 Willow oaks are wonderful. Helpful receptionist and all the phlebotomy team and managers were so caring and compassionate and helpful. Ebony and Becky and Hilde were wonderful. manger was super nice.
