Great place great staff. In tuned to your schedule. If you need a 12:30 appointment, they're seeing you at 12:30. Very professional very personable I personally wouldn't have it any other way. Thanks for all your help Inova laboratories.
I was a walkin for lab blood work. The staff was friendly and explained the wait time since I didn't have an appointment.
I had an appointment made for a test for over a week. When I got there I was told that because they take walk-ins, they had given away all the tests and had nothing to give to me. When I asked about scheduling another appointment, I was told they couldn’t make any promises that they would have the test in the future and to try somewhere else’s. The staff were friendly and polite but this is completely unprofessional
Went in with Doctors orders for labs that were drawn on September 2 . Blood work lost, no lab results that were needed for a follow up appointment on October 1, 2025. This is appallingly incompetent.
