If I could give it zero stars for the bloodwork ( only) I would -the front desk and mgr of the office are pleasant andfriendly - however the lab person - Kathina is extremely rude - she snatched my form out of my hand and refused to give it back - denying me to include information on a form that goes into my file - completely contrary to the inova values She put her name tag in my face rudely when I asked for her name as if to make it clear that she felt she could do whatever she wanted I have spoken with the mgr of the offi... read more
