Great and caring Dr's and staff. Convenient parking. If you need radiology check it out.
Waited 30 min in line and was transferred 3 times making it clear that I wanted to know the cost of the tests I needed to do, to then know that I need to have a test scheduled to after that, know the price of it.
Amazing staff. Be sure to make an appointment for your lab work. If you are a walk in, you may have to wait a little while. Fast turnaround! I usually get my results the next day.
I got there at 1:20 for my appointment at 1:30. Waited over 40 minutes after signing in and no one called my name. I made an inquiry, they told me they couldn’t find me and they don’t know what happened to the sign up sticker where you write your name and appointment time. What was upsetting that instead of apologizing they kept saying we don’t know. Apparently my sticker was lost and no one knew how? Very unfortunate.
There is no record of previous visit of my mother with PA Margret nor for the scheduled steroid injection. I'm not able to find Patients Service Director if any?!
