Went in at the lab to get blood taken out. Nurse was friendly until i gave her my info, after that she seemed annoyed. She was the first nurse to have been so harsh on my arm, didn’t leave a red dot puncture but a half an inch cut. When she was done I said thank you have a nice day which she didn’t reply to. I’m not sure what I did or said to her to make her upset but man, I don’t think I deserved to get the rough and cold hearted treatment 😕

This Lab was so convenient and Monica was so courteous , friendly and professional...I'll be back next year for my annual test.

Very unhappy with experience! The personnel was rude, talking very unpolite with me and my wife. They even forgot to do a test that was on the doctor's order. We were about to leave and I asked them if they did that test too. They realized they forgot and did it, eventually. I felt treated inappropriately and unwelcomed by the personnel.
