I'm so glad I ignored the reviews and went to see for myself. They were very nice. Ms.Marlene was so caring, reassuring, and professional with my daughter (7yo). She was honest and explained what she was going to do. My daughter said that was the first time she didn't even feel the needlestick. Ms. Lavette even came back to check on my daughter and make sure she was okay. They both were very nice to her and told her how great of a job she did with getting her blood drawn. I went to this place to do a sweat test on my two month old baby. The truth is that it is a very bad place. First of all, the lady who goes through the receptions, the one with earrings in her face and big eyes, didn't want to help me with the translation. I got angry because I didn't understand her. My baby was crying because he was hungry. I am a nursing mother and it made me feel bad that I couldn't feed my baby in the waiting room because of the rules of the place, which seems stupid to me.
