I was very disappointed with the level of customer service we received at this Inova location. I did not expect this kind of experience from a healthcare organization like Inova. When we arrived, the two receptionists did not greet us or acknowledge us. Even when our child tried to speak to them, they did not respond or engage. Both employees came across as extremely rude, unwelcoming, and disinterested. Tech Marlene is in a league of her own! I have been getting blood drawn for around 16 years all over the U.S. for oncological and cardiovascular care, and can confidently say that Tech Marlene is the most professional, kind, and efficient person I’ve ever had the pleasure of having my labs done by. Her care should be standard setting. Thank you, Marlene!
Is this even a real Inova location? They act like they're some kind of low rent franchise with their own rules. They apparently don't know how to use MyChart and require you to bring your physical insurance card for every visit, then act as if you're completely stupid for not having it, despite the fact that you already have checked in online and verified a photo of the front and back of your insurance card.
