Inova lab at this location is a mess, everyone need to complain to health department its serious matter, they dont have experience at any blood work, they dont know how to explain to fill a form. The there bunch of rude people sitting behind counter with ZERO experience. Never trust your child please
The worst laboratory, They don’t even know what they are doing unexpert people sitting behind the counter very rude zero discipline zero experience I don’t know how government gave license for this untrusted laboratory. Stay away your kids from here.
All the staff were so nice! Soon as I walked in I was greeted and instantly felt calm. I shared I was not comfortable with needles and the tech talked me through it I barely realized she had started the blood draw. I was in and out in under 10 minutes for my appointment. Thank you!
I was impressed here. Plenty of parking, the front desk team was nice and polite, and they took me back only a few mins after I arrived at my appointment time. The back was very clean and bright and the blood draw was great with no pain and no bruise. The waiting area is a little small and dark, but overall this was way better than a LabCorp I've been too in the area.
Receptionist are very rude and unprofessional.
