Terrible experience, they schedule everyone at the same time, what’s the point of scheduling an appointment if you show up and still have to wait for 20 people to go ahead of you and only one nurse on staff? The front desk said “everyone was on lunch” well then don’t schedule appointments during the whole office lunch break. Just go to a quest diagnostic, even they are better than anything Inova has to offer
The staff is super friendly, fast and easy check in, and the waiting time is not long. Thank you for a very expeditious and smooth visit
