I took my dad to the laboratory to get blood drawn and It was the worst service. I took my dad there and the way they talk to us was very disrespectful, even the atmosphere felt very unwelcome. I thought I was just overreacting but my dad also told me he didn’t like how he was treated. I understand there ir a kiosk to check yourself in but thank God I went with my dad otherwise they would have ridiculed him since he can’t see very well and doesn’t speak English. Very efficient and courteous.
Facility was clean and checkin and out was smooth. Nurse was super nice
I wanted to take a moment to recognize Ibtissam who is the staff member who checked me in yesterday for my lab work. Not only was she professional, she was welcoming as well and greeted me with a big smile. It changed the outlook on my entire visit and experience. The technician Kennedy who took care of me was outstanding as well. Highly recommend!
