I’ve never had such a terrible experience with Inova. There was a problem with my doctors order and technician Sarwat lied to me and said I would be taken back when it was sorted. Then the receptionist refused to take my order because it was signed by a nurse. This was a follow up appointment and my last ultrasound was conducted by an order ALSO SIGNED BY A NURSE. They let me wait for three hours for the order to be signed by my doctor and when I approached the receptionist again she told me the tech would no longer see me b... read more
Wow ,very very bad service,I went for the ultrasound on this location and I was standing there for 30 mins but lady at I the customer service didn’t even say hi and came to ask what I needed ,when I call her she was very mad at me .I never had this experience in any inova location before ,i was so surprised.

The rotation for X rays is so slow. Both times I've come here and it's like they only have 1 x-ray device. Could be true, but doesn't make it any less inconvenient. Makes it especially frustrating when the appointment slots are during most people's business hours so I have to take even more time off from work to get the task completed.
