I went here and specified my insurance before scheduling, at the front desk the day of, and to NP Pamela K. Ross. I gave my insurcance card/information. I was sent to get blood work and received a $333.62 bill in the mail. I will not be returning.

Why is getting an appointment as a new patient impossible? You call, they can't book you for an appointment unless a patient coordinator calls you back, but the patient coordinator barely works throughout the week and repeatedly doesn't call you back. I'm literally begging you to take my money and you don't even care enough about patient outcomes to give a call back. Check out the other review with a very similar complaint. I was referred to Inova Hematology/Oncology by my doctor recently. It has been an unenjoyable experience trying to get ahold of anyone who is able to tell me availability or set up an appointment for me. When I finally spoke with the new patient coordinator for Hematology, they seemed impatient and as though they had better things to do than speak with me about making an appointment. Very nice and understanding team What I liked about this location is that they are professional, fast, and very considering Lovely view as well Getting to the clinic is not hard. Once you take the tower elevators to the fourth floor, you will find the clinic right beside it with a very big sign The area has 2 check-in points. The skyline clinic is the second one
