Horrible experience for my father. They stopped treating him in critical condition because doctor Jamie Kennedy could not handle criticism of her staff. One of her front office workers stated about another patient, "in their country, they would've never gotten care. should be thankful." This is the kind of attitude this place gives to minority people. My father was pushed out and we were told to find another center to take care of him. No empathy and no maturity to take feedback, but taking it out on patients.
I have been going to Inova Transplant Center since 2011, when I had my heart transplant. Everyone has been more than professional.
Not a welcoming heart transport center. Had to fight very hard in order For the transport center to treat him. Dr Welch wanted to send him home after a round of steroids showed little improvement. He said Newark Beth Isreal would have to do the biopsy being he received the transplant there. My husband died suddenly a fed days later. Very very disappointed. Newark Beth Isreal in NJ Is so superior to INova.
