I was here on 05/08-2026 and after all test like blood work/cat scan finally they come to conclusion that I have stones in both of my kidneys and lastly I was discharged. Today on 05/10/2026 I go back to ER and was having a very bad pain in my Bally bcz of Kidney stones I tell them I have issues with my insurance and only I need some medicine for pain I don’t want to go all over that blood work etc they put me waiting more then hour and lastly I been called inside and one of care taker said doctor will come and will see you ... read more
erich, on-site paramedic is the most amazing person in this ED!!! he went out of his way to come say a prayer and hope that i felt better. we met once last year when i had vertigo and he immediately recognized me! my nurse, and doctor were also very professional and caringi couldn’t have asked for a better emergency department staff, the overnight nurses did my intake and were extremely funny and tried to make me feel better. words cannot express how thankful i am to have had an amazing care team!!!
Dr. Ebrahim at Inova Family Medicine - Springfield is a great doctor. She is attentive, and knowledgeable. I wish that the parking lot had signs directing the cars to the parking lots for visitors during the ongoing construction.
This morning I took my mother for a scheduled MRI procedure and the staff treated my mom like family. Mom is undergoing chemo treatment and we are doing our best to manage her pain. The last MRI at a different facility was a horrible experience so we were dreading this one. The staff was so kind, gentle and efficient.
