Thank you to the person who called me at 2:37 on behalf of Dr Kim Hart asking if I could arrive early (which was fine, but ended up not going because of the traffic) but also said I sounded like had a lisp?? I didn’t even get to respond to that as they just kept talking after mentioning that
The staff i met was great. The timely manor of being seen was great. But being misdiagnosed doesn't seem like myself and my insurance provider should have to pay. Where's the personal attention now ? My paycheck is based on results
As I was going into the ladies restroom today, there was a lady with a rollator coming out of the restroom and she said, it is all I can do to open the door to go in and come back out....I realized, ther is NO electric door opener..AT A HEALTHPLEX! How does a HEALTHPLEX get away with that? Shocking! I hope the new facility will be ADA compliant!
Not ADA accessible. Mandatory sign-in kiosks at Radiology are too high for a wheelchair user. Receptionist stated that checking in via app/phone not allowed. /// Also, the intense construction did not provide DIRECTIONAL SIGNS on how to drive all the way around the building to correctly enter the handicap parking lot. The visible route to blue spots is barricaded off and restricted to ambulance traffic only. Parking Guards are on the job to prevent the disabled from accessing the blue spots. I am not going to share our experience today, but the other 1 star reviews seem to match what my wife and I experienced today. Should have gone to Inova Fairfax ER. Never coming here again.
