Great service. Very friendly team. Dr. Zo was proffesional and knowledgeable, ensured I had everything I needed before I left. Got me in and out quickly and efficiently.
Do not trust them with anything time-sensitive. I had an MRI at Inova HealthPlex in Springfield last Wednesday. It has now been 7 days and I still have no radiology report. I called the number listed on their website and was told there was nothing they could do. I went to the facility in person; staff said they’d “escalate” the study so it would be pushed up the queue — still nothing. I went to the emergency room 9-10-25 around 7 pm with what turned out to be 3 broken ribs. Everyone was friendly and efficient and the wait time was reasonable. Nurse Mandy was especially nice and helpful and the doctor was very good, but I did not get her name. They provided me with answers to all of the information I needed and made sure the pain meds were working before sending me home. Darlene
I went there at a night, I was suffering from health problems. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. They gave the care more than what I deserve. I went out and I was able to sleep. Thank you
