All I know is INOVA took over Vienna Family Medicine where I have gone for over 30 years and received great service. Now instead of a couple minute wait to get a live voice, it was over 20 minutes. I have to sign in to the INOVA portal which after the 15-minute process was kicked back for no reason.They have a help desk number for their portal. Now I have been waiting more than 15 minutes and no option for them to call me back as most professional businesses do these days. I will have to find another doctor's office after 30... read more
