I've been here twice for various emergencies. The staff really cares, the were kind and attentive. I would/will return for sure. Clean, fast care!
Cleanest and quickest ER I have ever visited!!! I have been here 4 times in 2026 alone 😅 literally the people there know me on a first name basis. I would rather not go to another ER in the DMV after going to Inova Oakville. Honestly all 3 Inova ERs I've visited (Fairfax, Alexandria, Oakville) have provided great care, but Oakville will always be my first choice. The staff was absolutely amazing, very efficient, and listened to my concerns from the beginning to the end. I’m new to the area so I googled emergency rooms near me and I must say that previous reviews matched the level of care that I received. It feels good to be heard and treated like a human being and medical professionals who cares. Not to mention the bedside manner was nothing short of excellent and professional. This will be my #1 go to hospital in the future when needed.
Overall the garage fee is $50, which is an fee charged by private company that manages the garage, neither the garage info doesn't inform you to validate parking if you have appointment at medical facility. Nor did the staff at INOVA ask if you used garage so you're able to get parking ticket validation. Again, the garage fee is $50 and I would think the med staff would mention that they would validate parking if needed.
