Never again!!! Two separate times now that I have been misdiagnosed and resulted in back to back visits!!! How are results right in front of you and you don’t communicate this to the patient? One time I needed emergency surgery and was in excruciating pain! I do not feel like the doctors listen to You or are even really involved. Some of the nurses are dismissive. Not fully staffed for registration. They’re ridiculously expensive.

Hands down the BEST emergency room I’ve been to in my adult years! Staff is very friendly, attentive and respectful. You can tell their staff really cares for your well being, while most places give you a bad vibe. Dr’s were also very attentive and detailed when explaining test results and imaging. I would highly recommend this ER to anyone! Even if you do t live near by. I drive or uber from temple hills every time I need to come here.
Reception and staff are wonderfully helpful. Dr. Valencia is knowledgeable, receptive, and surprisingly thorough compared to other doctors I've seen before. The location is very nice and parking hasn't been a problem. I appreciate the reminders in the garage about having the ticket validated.
