The staff was absolutely amazing, very efficient, and listened to my concerns from the beginning to the end. I’m new to the area so I googled emergency rooms near me and I must say that previous reviews matched the level of care that I received. It feels good to be heard and treated like a human being and medical professionals who cares. Not to mention the bedside manner was nothing short of excellent and professional. This will be my #1 go to hospital in the future when needed.
Overall the garage fee is $50, which is an fee charged by private company that manages the garage, neither the garage info doesn't inform you to validate parking if you have appointment at medical facility. Nor did the staff at INOVA ask if you used garage so you're able to get parking ticket validation. Again, the garage fee is $50 and I would think the med staff would mention that they would validate parking if needed.
I’ve been twice already (long story). Amazing, fast service and care both times. I had imaging done as well. Fast, modern, clean. Best ER in the area, hands down. Unlike other DC area hospitals, inova publicly posts ER wait times and because of that, I always choose an Inova center. I’ve been to other Inova hospitals, but this one is my favorite. Rooms are separated by actual doors instead of curtains. Looks more like some of the fancy hospitals on TV. 100% recommend
1 year later they send a new bill for for a simple ER visit. Mind you I already paid the initial bill that I received.
