The staff is absolutely amazing. They are kind, efficient and very thorough with the exam and diagnosis.
Excellent Care from Provider Belaine and Nurse Nina I was seen at Inova GO Urgent Care on Seminary/Kenmore Av/Alexandria on 6/25/26, after a severe ankle injury with 8/10 pain and inability to bear weight. I want to specifically recognize Belaine NP and nurse Nina, who triaged me for their professionalism and strong patient advocacy. My experience at this urgent care was absolutely dreadful. I had an appointment at 2:15 pm, but after checking in, I waited 35 minutes before being seen by a physician. She told me I might need an x-ray, which would take another 45 minutes. I explained that I had to get back to work, but I would return at 5 pm. However, when I tried to call the number she gave me, I got no answer. When I arrived back at the facility, the front desk staff said the physician would be available in 45 minutes.
