The clinic is good overall, but Nurse Practitioner Bilen was rude and unprofessional. I had two separate bad experiences with her involving different family members. I don’t want to see her again
The clinic staff is generally nice and professional. However, my experiences with Nurse Practitioner Bilen were disappointing. She was rude and unprofessional during visits for both my son and myself, and instead of clearly explaining symptoms, she directed us to the ER without proper communication. This has happened twice, and it affected our confidence in the care provided.
On February 6, 2026,I had to go to Inova GoHealth Urgent care Seminary Plaza due breathing issues. The nurses and the PA Axel A Lucca, they all did a magnificent job assisting me with my asthma symptoms. Kudos for all them and please keep the good work !
Customer Resolution is HORRID!!! When getting treated at this facility MAKE SURE you are aware of what procedures they will be doing and ASK if the procedures are within your insurance coverage. Do not let them fool you that they cannot check, thats the lazy response. I had gone in for treatment and they said they needed labs to diagnose further. It was my first visit! It was a very pleasant experience and everything went smoothly. Thank you so much for the care. I'm glad this service is available. I feel much better.
