No complaints about the staff here, they were all kind and caring. Took them over an hour with no other visible patients here to let me know that they don't have an X-ray tech on staff. You have to wait for a floating X-ray tech, which could take hours. Will definitely go to patient first of another urgent care that staffs x-ray techs next time.
Excellent result. Came in and was seen within 10 minutes, I think. Nurse was very polite, kind and efficient, Dr. was same, problem was diagnosed quickly, medication prescribed and sent to drugstore quickly. From entry into urgent care to possession of medication, less than one hour. Medication is working, problem solved, happy result, happy patient.
