I took my 84-year old mom to an Inova Urgent Care due to chest pains. They conducted an EEG and because there was some changes from her last EEG, they sent us to Inova Emergency. They took blood tests and an X-ray and we waited (in the emergency room) and waited and waited.... Finally we decided that we'd leave and go to her doctor for the results so that my mom could rest and so that it would free up time for someone who made need more immediate care.
