I came in to get checked for possible pneumonia and it took 25 for reception to check me in, once in room cs taken and ? Not is NP or PA, Asian man he looked in my ear, throat and listened to lungs said possibly crackles but refused to get xray . Said go to er they did nothing waste of my time no dr on board. A useless unprofessional visit he said he didn’t feel comfortable treating me. I hope I wasn’t charge for a did nothing visit I will never ever go there again No Dr no medical professional shame on Inova!!!
The NP that I saw was fantastic. Quick service, and gave me all the information needed in easy to understand format.
Excellent Urgent care. Quality experience
I wish that I could give this place 0 stars. What a waste of my time. It's hard enough to be in pain, but then to have such a crappy experience while trying to treat the pain, is something else. I came in today (9/15/26) because I haven't been able to walk correctly on my right foot without terrible pain. My appointment was at 3:07 PM. I arrived at 3PM.
