I should’ve read the reviews beforehand!! Everyone is complaining about this same nurse and you guys seem to be doing absolutely nothing about her. It seems like this place just gets your insurance, or money just to send you somewhere else. Where's experience of my life?When there with a tore up knee at a ten out of ten , no one asked even help to walk me in and then waited for an hour to be seen in once the doctor came in , he told me they didn't have capacity for x ray and its policy that they aren't allowed to tell me but I was supposed to ask them first which is absolutely ridiculous when someone isn't that much pain
So very glad I came to inova go health urgent care on Pickett Road. Turns out my painful ankle was caused by tendinitis and eating lots of anti-inflammatories is helpful. I was checked out very quickly and I'm happy with the Care I received there.
This place is neither urgent or caring. Ladies up front are miserable and rude. Have been in the exam room for 45 minutes and nobody has come to see us despite no other patients
