First, Let me say Julia NP was great, other than that, the staff looked and acted like they did not want to be there. My Prescription on BO and when I called them, the MD who spoke to me was so lazy, she said "get something OTC" and would not send in an alternative. Total waste of a visit. I drove out of my way to go to Inova Urgent Care instead of Patient First. Not Again.

I have visited Centreville location twice and on both occasions they just referred me to the WE. What a waste. The first visit I had to pay $125 bc I had Medicare and had not met my deductible yet, only to be told to go to WE, asked about refunding my $125 bc they did nothing, was told that they could not do it. WHAT?
