Have been to this facility several times previously and never had a problem, until this morning. A little common sense and the ability to listen would go a long way. The interaction on the phone this morning suggests the fears of a group of providers who hide in an office and can pick & chose who they treat aren’t the providers I want caring for me. Professional courtesy and common sense are lacking at best. Go some place else.
RecommendedThis was my first experience with GoHealth and as a nurse practitioner I wasn’t sure what to expect. The facility was spotless. The receptionist/assistant who roomed me/X-ray tech was efficient and friendly. I was in and out in no time at all. If I had one negative, I would have appreciated having them give me a knee splint. I was advised to wear one for a possible tear of my meniscus. RecommendedDespite us showing up close to closing on a Sunday evening, the staff were super friendly and helpful with my child and the cut he had on his face. They were so empathetic and kind. I highly recommend!
RecommendedThe kind and caring staff at Range Urgent Care helped me today when no one else would, not even my PCP. I highly recommend this facility and its competent and compassionate staff.
I’ll never go back to this location again. I was given 10 minutes to either find someone to pick me up and bring me to the ER or they (they meaning PA Beth )had to call an ambulance to escort me. I found someone who was able to pick me up in 25 minutes rather than the 10 I was given. The PA called an ambulance since I couldn’t find a ride in 10. Crooks. The extra 15 minutes costed me a LOT of money for an UNNECESSARY ambulance ride with a crazy high deductible (not including my normal 3k deductible). It was NOT a life or dea... read more

RecommendedWow. I’ve never experienced Urgent Care like I did today. Days of dreading spending hours in a waiting room are over. Save a spot online! We were originally on a 4 hour waitlist but they text us telling us they called in another provider so we got in within 1 hour, which we spent in the comfort of our home. RecommendedHighly efficient, professional, and friendly. I was in an exam room soon after arrival, the doctor was friendly and knowledgeable, and I soon had the prescription I needed. A few minutes later, my medication was ready at my pharmacy.
