I had a colonoscopy 14Aug in Fair Oaks hospital. I was told to follow up with Inova Gastroenterology in 1 week. It is now 10Sep and still can not get through to them to find out test results.

Very disrespectful of patients' time. I was rescheduled twice. finally managed to see a provider on January 2nd after an initial appointment in mid November. I was scheduled for 9:30 showed up 15 mints early to be called on exactly at 9:30 and kept in waiting indefinitely till past 10 am !
