very disappointing. you come here seeking help and leave frustrated. just like majority of the people, the struggle is getting in touch with someone to JUST schedule an appointment. I've been hung up by a lady and then talked over by a guy who really doesn't care who I had to ask for him to let me speak. and then, the appointment is scheduled so far out. INOVA see's how poorly rated this clinic is but nothing happens. disgusting I will be canceling my services and now my child is going to have to wait so I can figure out wha... read more
