Scheduled an MRI after waiting close to 25 minutes on hold. Received an estimate that was confirmed by my insurance company to be exorbitant. Attempted to call several times to understand why and was told I would get a call back, which never happened. I couldn't cancel the appointment via the text message they sent, which gave an option to cancel, only to be told it couldnt be canceled through text, or through MyChart, so was forced to wait again..for 20 minutes just to cancel. I had an appointment for 10AM. I was told to arrive 15 min early (so 9:45AM), and was instructed to arrive with a full bladder. It’s 11:15AM and still waiting. Please be more considerate with people’s time.
