I have a 9am appointment and arrived at the registration desk at 8:50. It’s almost 10am now and I am still waiting to be seen for my appointment. The wait is ridiculous and it’s shocking how people don’t value other people’s time at all. The ultrasound staff is actually friendly and efficient. But the wait experience is terrible and I will not recommend this place if you have a job and have to take time off to come to the appointment.
Horrible place! They bill your insurance and take your money then don’t provide the images they are supposed to (insurance fraud). It’s impossible to speak to anyone on the phone that has any common sense and your hold times exceed 30 minutes. Seriously, go anywhere else.
Scheduled an MRI after waiting close to 25 minutes on hold. Received an estimate that was confirmed by my insurance company to be exorbitant. Attempted to call several times to understand why and was told I would get a call back, which never happened. I couldn't cancel the appointment via the text message they sent, which gave an option to cancel, only to be told it couldnt be canceled through text, or through MyChart, so was forced to wait again..for 20 minutes just to cancel.
