Ultrasound technician was really great but you need to get more radiologist beds it should not take more than 48 hours to get the results. i am still waiting and in my lifetime i had many ultrasounds done at different facilities without having to wait so long for the results. Not using this facility again if I have to do another test.
Had an appointment for ct scan at 12:05 on 6/23. They were running over 1 hour behind. Didn’t bother to mention at check-in. Finally got it at 1:45. Still awaiting results…a week later
Great experience on a Monday morning for a mammogram. Two people helped me get to the right location. Check-in through MyChart was easy. Anastasia was my health care provider. Very professional and kind.
Recently had MRI here at the Advanced ImagingCenter 3620 Joseph Siewick as hospital was really busy and they transferred me here, was as GREAT trip, well treated,nice job!
I called multiple times and was on hold 18-25 minutes before giving up each time. It looks to be a common critique. Total time wasted was 90 minutes. Recommend Inova FO dial ifs own number and see what experience they have. I changed my referral to a different facility that can answer my call.
