Staff is very unprofessional and very impatient. I received better care at the INOVA Imaging in Fairfax and Reston. They should shut this location down.

I had an ultrasound and it took them 4 days and several phone calls to find a radiologist to read the results of the test. It didn't matter to them if the patient is in pain or not. Terrible experience. I would not recommend it
Terrible staff. Especially older asian receptionist with grey hair with glasses. I truly respect everyone in the medical field helping people on daily basis, but today’s experience was one of the worst experience I’ve ever encountered while accompanying my dad, stage 4 cancer patient. We were sent by a physician on the fourth floor Inova Pulmonary after our appointment. We were told to go downstairs to first floor and get the xray done today so we can monitor my dad (stage 4 lung cancer) pneumonia. As I sat my dad down on on... read more
Very bad service. My mother was on stretcher with tracheostomy and we waited 50 minutes. And when I told them that you should take stretcher patients first. She replied " it's not exactly 50 minutes"
