I called multiple times and was on hold 18-25 minutes before giving up each time. It looks to be a common critique. Total time wasted was 90 minutes. Recommend Inova FO dial ifs own number and see what experience they have. I changed my referral to a different facility that can answer my call.
I've been calling the office for days now. Nobody picks up the phone.
I thought the reviews were being dramatic but it was completely accurate this place sucks
Staff is very unprofessional and very impatient. I received better care at the INOVA Imaging in Fairfax and Reston. They should shut this location down.
