UPDATE: Numerous attempts later, I finally got through to someone, uploaded my referral then called back AGAIN, only to be told they aren't scheduling people with my diagnosis, which is one that numerous doctors in their practice list as a specialty. Are you kidding me? After all the endless waiting on hold and jumping through hoops for a referral when my insurance doesn't even require one? If you aren't going to take new patients for certain things, fine, but say that up front...don't make someone go through all of the effo... read more
Called at 3:39pm today to make an appointment, and their automated system says they're closed. Website says hours M-F are until 4:30, and the automated system actually says M-F until 5. Either way, I'm well within their stated hours of operation. I know it's Friday afternoon, but if you're going to close that early, don't claim to be open until 4:30 or 5:00.
Absolutely awful. The worst customer service experience with a dr's office I have ever had in my life. After over 3 months of trying to make an appointment, I still do not have one. They started with needing a referral (although my insurance does not require one). But ok, I got one. The service rep confirmed they got the referral and that they would call me back with scheduling.
