Absolutely awful. The worst customer service experience with a dr's office I have ever had in my life. After over 3 months of trying to make an appointment, I still do not have one. They started with needing a referral (although my insurance does not require one). But ok, I got one. The service rep confirmed they got the referral and that they would call me back with scheduling. It is impossible to schedule an appointment here. Their fax system is messed up and they don't receive documents. The representatives will just abruptly hang up on you. Save your time and go elsewhere.
