Bad experience.
They never answer the phone
I was referred to this group from a friend. When I called they would not schedule an appointment with me unless I had a referral. My insurance does not require a referral but they did not care. I understand now why everyone rates them so low. The person on the phone did nothing to try to help, in fact it felt like she was trying to do everything she could to not make an appointment for me. I finally said it sounds like I need to find another practice and her response was "yes". WOW - I feel sorry for their patients. These pe... read more
