This place is the worst! Extremely unprofessional and no accountability. I made my follow up appointment a year ago. About 2 week ago, the office left 2 voicemails asking to change my appointment time. I ignored it because I could not change the time. After an email (see below) from them, I called back to say I could NOT change my appointment time. Guess what?! They changed my appointment time anyway!!! They denied changing my appointment and did not apologize . If I could give it zero star, I would. I will not go back.
So irresponsible. No one to process the medication refill since 1 week and I am totally out of medication.
Giselle is extremely rude and talks over you when you are trying to explain something then tried to lecture me over something my doctor did. Literally the worst service I’ve ever experienced from a health care provider will be finding a different one.
Called to try to make a new appointment as a new patient to get help with my PCOS was told the doctor was taking no new patient very rudely and asked if any other doctor were and if they could help me. Was very rude the whole time offering me no help that I couldn't make an appointment. Seems very unorganized and extremely rude
