I was referred to this group from a friend. When I called they would not schedule an appointment with me unless I had a referral. My insurance does not require a referral but they did not care. I understand now why everyone rates them so low. The person on the phone did nothing to try to help, in fact it felt like she was trying to do everything she could to not make an appointment for me. Sarah Kelly is very attentive and a great listener! Highly recommend.
Almost impossible to get an appointment within the time frame that you need it. You cannot get the appropriate care that is needed because it is virtually impossible to get an appointment. My appointment was scheduled for an hour and the doctor only spent 20 minutes with me. It is very hard to get a hold of anyone for follow-ups and the wrong diagnosis was written in my chart after the appointment.
This place is the worst! Extremely unprofessional and no accountability. I made my follow up appointment a year ago. About 2 week ago, the office left 2 voicemails asking to change my appointment time. I ignored it because I could not change the time. After an email (see below) from them, I called back to say I could NOT change my appointment time. Guess what?! They changed my appointment time anyway!!! They denied changing my appointment and did not apologize . If I could give it zero star, I would. I will not go back.
So irresponsible. No one to process the medication refill since 1 week and I am totally out of medication.
