Scheduling an appointment is a joke. I called to have an annual follow up appointment with my doctor (Samim Enayat). I was informed that he is leaving INOVA and thus I need to schedule with another doctor. I requested Dr. Davydov and was told that someone would call me back within 5 Days. Of course no one called. Impossible to get an appointment with a new doctor after my doctor is leaving the practice. I’ve been calling for two months to gat a transfer care. People on the phone are incompetent.
I reached out to this practice on the recommendation of my primary care physician after finding out I have Hashimoto’s through blood work and family history. They have denied my referral TWICE, the second time saying I need a more “endocrine” reason to be accepted, my results don’t matter, and the doctors notes on the referral are not sufficient (they are wanting some other notes as if there are any more). No matter what I do I can’t get through to a person in the office to verify my records have been sent over to make an appointment. Absolutely garbage system and the answering service can never help me. I’ll have to look somewhere else. What a waste of time.
They don’t care about anyone .
