Everytime you call there it's like you are bothering them the rudest staff, only one person act like they like their job..
I love Dr. Husain and the service she's provided. She keeps it honest and doesn't sugar coat what's needed to upkeep my health. I never have an issue getting a refill or getting in touch with her team if I have questions.
Not sure what is happening with people nowadays but I didn’t even make it into the office and was met with a woman with a nasty attitude. I had scheduled an appt for December 31st (I know extremely far out but that’s the soonest available). I received a call from some woman that had the worst attitude. The providers are great but the scheduling process is so unacceptable. The hold times are appalling and even when they answer after upwards of 30 minutes, they unceremoniously put you back on hold and don't check back or give an update for another 30+ minutes. It's terrible and discouraging.
The communication with patients through MyChart and the call center is HORRIBLE. They should be ashamed of themselves. I have been trying to resolve a prescription issue for over a month. It shouldn't take an act of Congress to have someone from this office call you back. That is common courtesy.
