Customer service is horrible!! They all do not know their job. One of the employees can find my referral from doctor, the other says we did not receive it. It has been more than a month I am not able to make an appointment !!
Terrible experience. I really want to like them, because the convenience of having my doctors all in one location is really nice. However; they are constantly overbooked, I requested my medication refill last week and told them I was very low so I needed it called into the pharmacy. They ended up calling the script into Caremark who started shipping the medication. I needed it ASAP so I called back. I called for an appoint with Dr. Gandhi. I was told he’s not taking new patients. No problem. After an awkward pause, I said can you recommend one of the other doctors. Her response was I can’t recommend any because they’re all good. I then asked who is taking new patients. The response was we are taking new patients but we’re booked out into 2025. ZERO help. Perhaps saying the next available appointment with doctor “x” is on “x” date does that work for you would be a better approach. It was as if I was distributing her day.... read more
Comments regarding staff, both over phone and in person. They are excellent, pleasant, efficient, helpful. Husband and I have had no issues with any conversation or requests from any of the office staff.
