Called to try to make a new appointment as a new patient to get help with my PCOS was told the doctor was taking no new patient very rudely and asked if any other doctor were and if they could help me. Was very rude the whole time offering me no help that I couldn't make an appointment. Seems very unorganized and extremely rude

Customer service is horrible!! They all do not know their job. One of the employees can find my referral from doctor, the other says we did not receive it. It has been more than a month I am not able to make an appointment !!
Terrible experience. I really want to like them, because the convenience of having my doctors all in one location is really nice. However; they are constantly overbooked, I requested my medication refill last week and told them I was very low so I needed it called into the pharmacy. They ended up calling the script into Caremark who started shipping the medication. I needed it ASAP so I called back.
