Amazing doctors and staff! Very nice and helpful.
Their clinical team makes you wait on hold for excessive periods (40 minutes or longer), and their front desk never return phone calls, despite repeated requests. If you have another option, I recommend that you look for another provider.
My endocrinologist, Dr. Wang, is wonderful. The trouble with this practice is over an hour hold time to schedule an appointment. Once you get through, they can’t book you for another 7 months.
If I could give them a zero I would. They tell me my meds need to be increased then ghost me and tell me to continue to take the same dose that isn’t working on a Friday. They refused to call in the new correct dose to the pharmacy. If you want to live don’t go to this practice. What sense does it make to continue on the same dose for another 5 months. They don’t care about patients at all. They’re incompetent and terrible. I’m so disgusted with the entire practice. Stay clear if you want to live. Literally!!
I moved to this practice after a lackluster experience with a different doctor. Dr. Heda is lovely - listened to all my concerns about diabetes during pregnancy, set up appts every 2-3 weeks to monitor my sugar, and gave great tips on types of carbs/food options to help manage my dishes but not go hungry. I had an easy scheduling call - they setup all my appts at once so I always had a spot.
