Absolutely amazing experience! Everyone at the clinic was so kind, sweet, welcoming, and caring from the moment I walked in. I came in for a teeth cleaning and whitening, and I was genuinely impressed by the level of service and attention I received. The staff made me feel so comfortable and cared for throughout my entire appointment, and you can truly tell that they love what they do. This dental clinic lacks professionalism and proper appointment scheduling. Every time we have an appointment, we are surprised by a call asking us to come earlier or later, in addition to facing delays of an hour or more after arriving at the scheduled time. I advise everyone to stay away from this clinic to avoid frustration.Ā
Absolutely terrible experience. I had to wait more than an hour for my appointment. Their X-ray machine was broken staff used to take pictures on her cell phone. When she was cleaning my teeth she spilled water all over my face and clothes. Staff was harsh to my teeth they made my gums bleed for days. I will never go back.Ā
