Very bad experience – Invisalign treatment poorly managed I had a very bad experience at Inova Dental Clinic. I started my Invisalign treatment in April 2021. The treatment was initially started by Abrar Mubarak, the hygienist and owner of the clinic. Later, she referred me to her dentist, Dr. Kamal. After some time, Dr. Kamal no longer worked at the clinic, and a new dentist, Dr. Louis, took over my case. Today was my dental appointment at a new location. Two years ago I was at Inova, and yet they seem to forget that I was a patient, saying they do not have a patient there, when the dentist was requesting my x-rays.The dental records I was told should be on file for 5 years. Perhaps if I contact The Royal College of Dentists of Canada that might jog their memory? I also have my receipts from two years ago from Inova in front of me. I had a great experience at Inova Dental! The hygienist Abby was so kind and gentle, and she did an amazing job cleaning my teeth.The receptionists at the front desk were also super friendly and welcoming especially Eman, which made the whole visit even better. The staff made me feel comfortable from start to finish. I definitely recommend this clinic!
