Terrible experience trying to make an appointment. Disorganized, unreliable and inconsistent messaging on policy and rules, and many follow ups to attempt a simple operation to go through (spoiler: no resolution). Will be going elsewhere.
Worst nightmare! My child who is 4 years old came in and he was already scared of what they were going to do. They hooked him up to a blood pressure cuff for the first time and it hurt so he was then very scared! Then the lady who took us into the room was NOT good with children started explaining all the stuff she was going to do by hooking him up with wires and something up his nose. My child lost it. My brother has been coming here for years and has never had a problem. They recently changed companies and today we were required to fill out updated patient forms. My mother only speaks Spanish and required assistance filling out the forms. When my mother asked for help, the lady at the front desk, named Elaine, refused to help in any way. Dr's. Are good , but front desk ppl is horrible, u call asking for something they said let me ask so someone else call you, with something different saying I call for the reason, they get mad and talk to u with a bad attitude, ones I call about my son medicine, they said I have to go again when I was there not to long ago and so to ask my son Dr. For his medicine I explained why should I ask him when the medicine was about their results, I was there last night with Mt 6 yr old , I get there at 7:15pm my son has Down Syndrome... read more
