Obviously, if a parent is seeking a pediatric gyn specialist, it's likely a very important situation that requires urgent attention. I just called today and they don't have any new patient appointments until March (it's currently September). The person answering the call was deadpan. Although he did say I could speak to a nurse about seeking an urgent appointment, that landed directly in voice mail. This is what misery for a family seeking answers and guidance looks like.
After canceling my daughter’s gynecologist appointment twice. They called for the third time and said they would have to do a virtual OB/GYN . Rude. Already dealing with an uncomfortable situation. This office should find someone professional to answer their phones. The girl that answered clearly has better things to do than do her actual job.
This hospital uses a my chart system that does not allow parental access to minor’s records and actually needs children as young as 14 to “share” their account with parents. The don’t answer their phone and their VM system indicates it will take up to 48 hours to return calls. I am sure they have excellent doctors, but their office management needs some serious work.
