It took over a month to get an appointment. The staff at checkin was very rude and tried to dismiss me as I was still trying to talk to her like I wasn’t important. I will not be coming back to this office
Visited this office for years and had a great experience with all of them. They were patient, listened to my concerns and were timely with medication refills. Dr. Oussman specifically was great, and the supporting staff were all very friendly and helpful. I moved out of state or else I'd still be there.
