Couldn’t be more UNHAPPY with their services. They gave me pain for two months and counting. (I will now attend a new gynecologist) Don’t go to this doctor. Especially: Doctor Tania Damavandy. Their service is horrible and when they do a procedure they don’t tell you the potential side effects UNTIL AFTER. VERY ILLEGAL AND CONSIDERED MALPRACTICE. Will be reporting this to upper management and the board.
Phones don't work! Missed my appointment because I'm high risk, take public transportation because my ride that was scheduled stopped responding, they wasn't answering the phone. The lady wasn't even at the desk when I arrived but claims the calls don't go through to them it goes to a call center. How is that when I got the number from INOVA website. SMH
First off it will take forever to get you an appointment here. I was scheduled for an ultrasound and in my chart I was told to go to falls church on 2 separate notices. I go to falls church and they informed me I was supposed to be at Fairfax. Called fair Fairfax and they said they had no idea if I was to even be seen there. Horrible service, to start off they take a long time to pick up the line. When they answer the line they do not response they put you on hold and they pretend not to hear you. I would give it a zero if I could. These people should not be working in the front desk or reception area.
