The worst place I had ever visited. I’m 28 weeks pregnant woman who wants to transfer care near my home. The receptionists are very rude, when I walked in, the first receptionist, she helped me to get an appointment. But as soon as I talked to her I’m already in other clinic which is a bit far from my home, the other receptionist who is on phone call she shouted to me they would not accept new patients who are already in other clinics even though they transfer history records. Las de front desk porfavor NO CUELGUEN, llevar a 30 min esperando y me colgaron, no es la primera vez q hacen eso
You literally cannot even get ahold of anyone on the phone it goes straight to a message saying the office is closed and on the my chart app you can advise them you’re running late, they don’t care for people who get stuck in traffic. I was literally 5 minutes late and live 45 mins away I’m someone who is considered high risk so now I have to wait another 3 weeks to be seen. Once I recover, I’m never going back here.
Horrible business. They never answer phone calls, and the staff is extremely unprofessional and rude especially the front desk ladies . For the sake of your health and peace of mind, do not come here. Instead of helping, they will make you feel worse with their attitude and lack of professionalism. If you cannot provide quality care or show basic respect, why even work in healthcare?
