John Paul Verderese Today was my mom's first visit to the INOVA *BRIDGING CLINIC* in fairfax after she had an artery dissection two weeks ago. The receptionist and nurse lady who brought us in were both great. One nurses that came in and spent the most time with us was horrible. His name: John Paul Verderese He came in, gave no greeting no hello no "my name is" not even a glance at me or my mom. he just came in and immediately called for an interpreter over the phone.
