Enormous wait time to get through on the phone, at least an hour if you're lucky. If you try the internal messaging system - no one responds even after several days. Good luck trying to reach the cardiologist. If you have an appointment you should be happy if you get 5 minutes of focused attention. No substantive discussion of patient's concerns, no going under the surface. Just brushing off with a bland line about test results being ok. I was a little concerned seeing such poor reviews. But after going I feel like the quality of care was good. Dr was very effective and quickly both got medical history from his old doctors also evaluating and take EKG. Dr was very pleasant the nurse also pleasant.
Took my mom for an Echo to a cardiology office of Dr Shiela Keiney. In this office the Echo technician was some illiterate person, not clean, unhygienic and shabbily dressed and mannerless. Echo room was stinking. Lowest standard ever seen in cardiology. Got my mom out immediately without getting the echo done. Never going back again.
