Do not try this place! They are beyond unprofessional, the are straight ghetto. I had to call 5 time before I was able to make an appointment, and didn’t get any information smh. While calling trying to be responsible for my mental health I was hung up on, talked rudely to. I tried to cancel my appointment and spoke with Sharmain 7/20 around 1:50pm who hung up on my and sent me a confirmation for my appointment instead of canceling. Absolutely terrible doc, and I've been with multiple docs. This one ranks as one of the worst. 0 bedside manners, 0 understanding of psychiatry, and pretty much wants you to do exactly what he wants you to be on rather than working on finding a solution tailored to your needs. Trust me, there's WAY better P-Docs out there! I guarantee you the 5 star reviews are absolutely fake and you'll know that as soon as you spend 30 seconds with him!
Unfortunately I have to agree with some of the other reviews in the fact that the provider (NP) that I have been seeing has awful people skills and wants to push the drug that she wants and when told that I didn’t want to take it due to certain side effects of the medication, instead of listening to my concern and trying to resolve it or explain what would be better, she just shouted “STOP IT STOP IT STOP IT” and got very offensive.
