They really do help you and make sure you get the help you need, group therapy was nice and a good environment for those struggling with mental health, I wish I could go back and give the people who helped me along the way a hug
This place is legit. If you’re having a mental health crisis, I can’t imagine a better place to be, a better team of compassionate people to help you get back on your feet. There needs to be more places like this. Doctors are experts, facility is spotless, food is great, and they work with you.
My daughter was here and they helped her a lot, Nice staff as well, She had nothing but good memories here.
Worst scheduling system ever! For new patients one must use the call center which can only see the next 6 days of appointments. They have only one Doctor and many counselors. Most doctors in this area schedule out 1-3 months. They might as well state that they do not want new patients! Very frustrating!!! For their scheduling system I give them "0" stars!!!!
heartless. One of the worst places I have ever been. Was on hold for 30 minutes one time. Got transferred five times another time. No compassion they go through the motions. Please don’t send anyone in your family who is suffering from addiction or mental health. They do not care. I am a nurse. 26 years under my belt. I would never treat people the way they do. They don’t even deserve one star. No compassion. No understanding. Just going through the motions. Getting a paycheck.
