I regret having our anatomy scan here. Nice facility but our sonographer was rushing the entire time. We’re having twins so they knew it would take up to two hours. When I’d ask questions she seemed bothered. Left without any pictures in hand. Had to call to have them email them to us.
Disappointed that I couldn’t get my appointment scheduled. Was told that I would hear from them and they never reached out even to say that they didn’t end up having any openings. Really frustrating since expectations were set.
I never put my review when I was pregnant with my daughter but I was treated so horribly by an ultrasound tech! I had to stop going here altogether unfortunate because I love inova but I couldn’t go back because of the techs uncalled for behavior. ruined my experience also told me the gender of the baby which was incorrect at only 13 weeks.
Love this place staff was nice, front desk and people on the phone to schedule appointments were very patient and accommodating. It did take a whole a month to get my 20 weeks however from my understanding there is ALOT of moms right now trying to schedule so I’m not upset about that but understanding. My technician I forgot his name was absolutely wonderful and very knowledgeable.. and passionate about his job which is hard to see in the medical field.. bedside manner was astonishing.
