Love this place staff was nice, front desk and people on the phone to schedule appointments were very patient and accommodating. It did take a whole a month to get my 20 weeks however from my understanding there is ALOT of moms right now trying to schedule so I’m not upset about that but understanding. My technician I forgot his name was absolutely wonderful and very knowledgeable.. and passionate about his job which is hard to see in the medical field.. bedside manner was astonishing.

Scheduling is pretty bad and the testing center is usually running late but Sharon and Shohreh are the absolute best sonographers. They get so excited and theyre so chatty and comforting - it’s like being in a room with family. I would request them every time. They also try to give you the best pictures possible. I also had great experiences after the stress test nurses, whose names I don’t recall but they are wonderful. If you get the right team, you’ll have a wonderful experience.

We’ve been having to come more frequently and have had the pleasure of meeting so many great staff members! We love Shoreh and so does the baby! She’s so delightful and sweet! She definitely makes every appointment as stress free and as pleasant as possible! Edit to add that we have had to come every week in the latter part of our pregnancy and have never had a negative experience over the last 2+ months! All of the staff and nurses are incredibly nice and attentive!

We had a bad experience due to the price of a particular pregnancy scan at this testing center. I did my 20 weeks anatomy scan at this center and we did not receive any pre-estimated pricing for the scan. We were stunned to see a bill of $911 to be paid by us for the entire scan. We submitted a claim with our insurance and still they said the contracted rate with this hospital is $911 and we have to pay it. I haven't visited yet but I called this morning to schedule my appointment and Monique was extremely friendly and helpful! She patiently answered all of my questions and went through the availabilities to fit my schedule.
