You people are a disgrace. I sent in paperwork for financial assistance because I’m out of work due to COVID, and you would’ve approve it. I bet if I was WHITE you would do it, there’s absolutely no reason to tell me no. If I would’ve lied on the application than I would’ve got approve. i was treated like a dog made to sit outside under the awning in 45 degree weather last night for 4 hrs 47 min on oxygen was not allowed to use restroom nothing look at videos on my facebook page

The front desk here has to be the most incompetent group of misfits I’ve ever dealt with. They should let the Doctors select their own office staff, instead of University of Maryland. I will be leaving because of how poorly, unprofessional, and flat out rude the office staff is.
This office is a joke. I’m hey constantly have doctors in and out of here. I’ve been going here since I was a kid and I’ve lost count of how many doctors I’ve had. I think just in my adult life I’ve had five or six doctors. I honestly don’t know why this is the case but, it makes it very difficult to even just establish care with someone let alone have regular long term care with them. RecommendedI was a patient from 9/30-10/5 on the Joint Replacement Floor. I received excellent care from everyone; RN’s, Tech’s, Therapists, Food Service; Housekeeping. Two of my favorite techs were Sadatu and Mary. We would joke around and they were SOOOO kind to me. They were very patient and told me to take my time. Anna and Sarita, the RN’s, were very professional and explained a lot to me. Again, everyone was great, but these are just some of the names that stood out. I drove 5 hours for a hip replacement.
